Saturday, March 14 vs. Madison Blues 8:20PM at Glacier Ice Arena  Green Bay up-ends Capitals on Friday;Caps fall to Fox Cities on Saturday The defending GLHL champion Green Bay Deacons topped the Capitals 8-5 Friday night at Glacier Ice Arena in Vernon Hills. On Saturday night in Appleton, Wisconsin, the Caps fell to the Fox Cities Ice Dogs 7-4. At right: Forward Johnny Zajac scored his first goal of the season Friday night to give the Caps a short-lived 2-1 first period lead against Green Bay. Away This Friday vs. West Bend Bombers The Capitals return to Wisconsin for the final time this season Friday night to face the West Bend Bombers at 8:00PM at Kettle Moraine Ice Arena in West Bend. The Caps are 2-1 against the Bombers this season. On November 15 in West Bend, the Capitals recorded their first victory in franchise history with a 4-3 win over the Bombers. On February 20 in Vernon Hills, the Capitals topped the Bombers again 8-5. The Capitals return home to Vernon Hills in two weeks, on Saturday, March 14 to host the Madison Blues. The team's final game of the season will be one week later, on Saturday, March 21, also at home vs. the Mosinee Papermakers.
