Five Caps Players (Plus 2 Alternates) Named to GLHL All-Star Team GLHL All-Star Game Tonight in Green Bay The Vernon Hills Capitals are pleased to announce that five members of the team have been named to the GLHL's 2009-2010 South Division All-Star Team. Representing Vernon Hills in tonight's GLHL All-Star Game in Green Bay will be: goalie Doug Bair; forwards Zack Kozak and Mike Barnes; and defensemen JP Ledwidge and Pat McCadams. In addition, Dale Michonski was named an alternate foward and Kalle Larsson an alternate defenseman. Capitals Host Green Bay Deacons Tomorrow The Capitals return home to Glacier Ice Arena tomorrow at 8:00PM to face Green Bay. The Deacons beat the Capitals twice earlier this month in Green Bay. Saturday's game has been dubbed Hawaiian Night and will feature hoola-hoop contests between periods for cash prizes. Participants will be provided with a coconut bra and grass skirt. The Capitals "Press Room" will re-open at 7:30PM on Saturday. The "Press Room" is a team fundraiser that enables fans to watch the game in a heated private room or stand right behind the goal to get an up-close view of the action. All guests must be 21 to purchase "Press Room" passes. Tickets for Saturday night's game are on sale online now and at the Glacier Ice Arena ticket counter on game days starting at 7:15PM.
